Shopee Coins cashback is credited immediately to your ShopeePay account if you fulfill the conditions of relevant campaigns.
You can use these cash bonuses or Shopee Coins cashback for any online or offline transactions.
⚠️ Note Rewards earned (e.g. Cashback) are calculated based on the amount after coin redemption. |
Example:
If the order amount is P200, with 10% voucher discount applied (P20), and the user redeems 10 coins (P10),
Amount calculated for a 10% coins cashback will be P200 - P20 - P10 = 170 x 10% = total of 17 coins cashback reward.
If you did not receive or received the wrong amount of cash bonus and/or Shopee Coins cashback after 24 hours, contact Shopee Customer Service.
